How it works

Phase 1: Kickoff (Week 1)

• We decide: offer ladder, price points, targets, baselines.
• Concierge focus: I sit with you live to set up Stripe correctly—business verification, payouts, taxes, dispute and refund settings, automated receipts. We lock price architecture (monthly vs upfront, trials, deposits) and a clean naming schema for products, prices, and metadata so reporting is effortless.
• You do: bring branding, bank details, access to Stripe and your training app.
• Output: one-page plan, pricing matrix, “Stripe-ready” checklist, KPI sheet.

Phase 2: Build (Weeks 1–2)

• We create: Stripe products and prices, branded payment links or Checkout, and a success page that routes into onboarding (intake, app invite, first check-in).
• Concierge focus: end-to-end flow testing—test transactions, receipts, cancellation and pause logic, dunning basics for failed payments, plus automations (Stripe → app or CRM via native integrations or Zapier). I draft your refund and communications policy for approval.
